Whisk the dry ingredients and set aside. In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, cream the butter and sugars.

Add the eggs and vanilla, mix to combine. Then, add the sour cream and mix to combined.

Fold in 1/2 of the dry ingredients.

Mix in the coffee, then fold in the remaining dry ingredients.

Use a 1 TBSP cookie scoop to portion the cookies and bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.

Make chai buttercream and fill cookies.
