A quick and easy coffee martini with vanilla syrup and dalgona foam.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Coffee Martini
- 2 oz Vadka
- 2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 2 tsp Vanilla Syrup
- 6 oz Highground Instant Coffee
For the Dalgona Foam
- 1/4 C Highground Instant Coffee Grounds
- 2 TBSP Water
- 2 TBSP Granulated Sugar
For the Vanilla Syrup
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Make the vanilla syrup –
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and store in the fridge for up to a month.
For the Dalgona Foam
- Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until thick and foamy. Set aside.
For Martini
- Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into martini or coupe glasses.
- Top with dalgona foam.
- Serve with donut hole garnish. *Optional
