Coffee and Donuts Martini

A quick and easy coffee martini with vanilla syrup and dalgona foam.



For the Coffee Martini

  • 2 oz Vadka
  • 2 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Syrup
  • 6 oz Highground Instant Coffee

For the Dalgona Foam

  • 1/4 C Highground Instant Coffee Grounds
  • 2 TBSP Water
  • 2 TBSP Granulated Sugar

For the Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 1/2 C Water
  • 1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Make the vanilla syrup –

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and store in the fridge for up to a month.

For the Dalgona Foam

  • Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until thick and foamy. Set aside.

For Martini

  • Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Strain into martini or coupe glasses.
  • Top with dalgona foam.
  • Serve with donut hole garnish. *Optional
